Whole food nutrition is an excellent way for young athletes to enhance their performance and prevent injury and illness. GAME ON CAMPS trains youth to break sugar and caffeine addictions and avoid synthetic supplements by using organic nutrition and superfoods to heal from injuries, protect against illness, gain weight/cut weight in a healthy way and sustain enhanced performance levels. 

 

NUTRITION Conversations

Game On Camps includes a daily nutrition conversation as part of its training sessions. Players learn about the importance of a CORE 3 diet that includes 1) Lean Proteins 2) Organic Fruits 3) Organic Vegetables. Players also learn about hydration, sugar and caffeine addictions, and why certified organic and nonGMO foods are healthier than processed foods.

challenges are awarded prizes at the end of the
